1.Food Use
Cooper glycinate is a chelate with a cyclic structure formed by copper and glycine. It is a novel nutrient additive.
Copper glycine is not present in free Cu2+ and does not cause gastrointestinal irritation. It has good palatability, no metal taste and does not affect product quality when adding to food. It greatly reduces the antagonistic effect of elements, such as Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn ,Mn and other divalent ions in the digestive tract.
