Vitamin K2

Vitamin K2, also known as Menaquinone (MK), is a fat-soluble vitamin primarily synthesized by bacteria and found in fermented foods or animal products. It works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to direct calcium into the bones and teeth while preventing it from accumulating in the arteries and soft tissues.
