Oxyclozanide is a salicylanilide anthelmintic medication primarily used in veterinary medicine to treat and control Fasciola (liver fluke) infestations in ruminants like cattle, sheep, and goats. It works by uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation in parasites, and is also effective against various tapeworms.
